Job summary

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families and educators to promote progress. This role emphasizes evidence-based ABA, data-driven decisions, and compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Texas LBA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and evidence-based treatment.
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor client progress and use data to guide clinical decisions.
• Provide supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians.
• Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to help promote progress outside of therapy.
• Ensure treatment plans remain clinically appropriate and focused on meaningful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet applicable regulatory and HIPAA requirements.
