Job summary

Little Stars Therapy Services in Wichita, KS hires Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA to develop communication, social, play and daily living skills. You'll provide direct ABA services in our clinic, follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and document progress.

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA services in our clinic.
• Help children practice skills through structured activities, play, and daily routines.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by clinical supervisors.
• Collect accurate data and document client progress.
• Support children through challenging moments using the strategies you have been trained to implement.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates about progress, questions, and concerns.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children and families.
