Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy in North Carolina seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment plans and supervise RBTs across in-home, daycare, and school settings. You will collaborate with supervising BCBAs, train parents, and ensure high standards of care.

Role offers flexible hours as Part-Time or Full-Time with pay of $45.00–$70.00 per hour based on experience, plus benefits like 401(k) matching, PTO, health/dental/vision, and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA Certification from BACB.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred.
• Must have NC licensure or be in process to obtain NC licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required clinical records.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
