Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a BCaBA dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. The role combines in-home, daycare, and school settings across North Carolina, focusing on clinical excellence while a back-office team handles admin tasks.

Responsibilities include treatment plan implementation monitoring, supervision, parent collaboration, and team meetings, with compensation ranging from $45.00 to $70.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA Certification from the BACB.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families.
• Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
• Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain North Carolina licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision support and observations of RBTs to promote ethical and effective care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required clinical records.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
