Job summary

Achievments ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment implementation and supervision for children with autism across North Carolina. The role involves collaborating with supervising BCBAs, parents, and RBTs in home, daycare, and school settings to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

You will focus on clinical excellence with back-office support to handle administrative tasks, ensuring you can devote time to direct client care, documentation, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Active BCaBA certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
  • Experience with treatment implementation, supervision and parent collaboration preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
  • NC licensure required or pending.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
  • Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs to promote ethical and effective care.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress and clinical recommendations.
  • Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
  • Attend team meetings and coordinate care across home, daycare, and school settings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of clinical records.
  • Maintain HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements and company policies.
