Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support treatment implementation, supervise RBTs in person, and collaborate with families across North Carolina.

The role offers flexibility across in-home, daycare, and school settings, with dedicated back-office support to focus on clinical care. Compensation ranges hourly and experience-based, with strong growth opportunities and CEU access.

Qualifications

BCaBA certification active with BACB.
Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
Experience in treatment implementation and supervision preferred.
Willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain NC licensure.

Responsibilities

Support implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
Provide in-person clinical supervision support and observations of RBTs.
Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations.
Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless client support.
Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of clinical records.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
