Qualifications

• Active BCaBA Certification from BACB.
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation and supervision preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned service areas and NC licensure in process.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of treatment plans by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observe RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration.
• Attend team meetings and coordinate care across home, daycare, and school settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
