Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment plans and supervision across in-home, daycare, and school settings in North Carolina. You will collaborate with supervising BCBAs, observe RBTs, and engage families to ensure consistent care.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence with back-office support, offering mentorship, CEUs, and comprehensive benefits. Licensure in NC is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA Certification from the BACB.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Must have North Carolina licensure or in process to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and RBT observations.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress and interventions.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration.
• Attend team meetings and provide care across home, daycare, and school settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA/compliance standards.
