Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment implementation across in-home, daycare, and school settings in North Carolina. You will work under supervising BCBAs, observe clients, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress.

You'll focus on clinical excellence while our back-office team handles administrative tasks, and you will have access to mentorship, CEUs, and competitive hourly compensation ranging from $45 to $70 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with treatment implementation and supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of clinical records.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
