Avid-ABA in Chesterfield, MO seeks a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under a BCBA, assisting with assessments and implementing BIPs for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will collect data, monitor progress, and support staff training.

The role requires a BCaBA certification and a BA in ABA or Psychology, with preferred experience in ABA settings. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with supervision and career development."

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.
• Preferred experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyzing client data.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of the BCBA.
• Collect and track data to monitor client progress.
• Support the training of Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members.
• Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.
