Job summary

Avid ABA in Chesterfield, MI is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under supervision of a BCBA, assisting with assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCaBA certification from BACB.
• Experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting FBAs and analyzing client data.
• Implement BIPs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and track data to monitor progress.
• Support training of Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.
