Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Chesterfield, VA. This role allows for a flexible schedule and provides competitive compensation ranging from $85 to $100 per hour.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop Behavior Intervention Plans, and manage caseloads independently. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and at least 2–3 years of experience with children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB required.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on ABA experience with children.
• Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop BIPs.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to BT's/RBT's.
• Deliver structured parent training with guidance.
