Job summary

Avid ABA in Westland, Michigan, is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join the Autism Services team under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.
• Preferred experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze client data.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and track data to monitor client progress.
• Support the training of Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members.
• Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.
