Job summary

Avid ABA Westland in Michigan is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under the supervision of a BCBA, assisting with behavior assessments and implementing BIPs for individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will conduct FBAs, collect and analyze data, and monitor progress while training staff and collaborating with caregivers. Ongoing supervision supports professional development and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.
  • Experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyzing client data.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of the BCBA.
  • Collect and track data to monitor client progress.
  • Support the training of Behavior Technicians and staff.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members.
  • Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 / year

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
