Job summary

Proud Moments is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support children with autism under supervision. You will implement tailored ABA plans, assist families in understanding results, and contribute to a growing team of behavior technicians.

Strong collaboration with BCBAs, clinical judgment, and confidentiality are essential. You will be enrolled in an ABA master’s program or complete the Verified Course Sequence, with ongoing supervision and opportunities to train

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a master's degree in behavioral analysis or completing the Verified Course Sequence.
• Current BCaBA certification or LaBA license and plan to sit for BCBA exam in 3 months.
• Collaborate with Proud Moments BCBAs to meet BCaBA requirements.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions to help change lives of children with autism.
• Customize and implement evidence-based treatment plans targeting adaptive and self-care skills, language and communication, and social development.
• Make strategic environmental modifications to improve behavior.
• Adapt techniques to reduce interfering behaviors such as self-injury.
• Provide support during family conversations so parents understand results and recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, support, and orientation of the team.
