Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCaBA to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. This position involves supporting treatment implementation in-home, daycares, and schools across North Carolina, offering flexibility and opportunities to engage with clients in their everyday settings.

The ideal candidate will hold an active BCaBA certification and be passionate about promoting positive outcomes for children and their families.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA Certification from the BACB.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation and supervision preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision support.
• Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress and recommendations.
• Participate in parent training as directed.
• Attend team meetings for collaboration.
• Work across various settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
