Job summary

The iServ Group – Licensed Franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Ocala, FL. This full-time, on-site leadership role runs day-to-day restaurant operations, develops a team, and delivers consistent guest experiences that reflect the Sonny’s BBQ brand.

You will work with upper management on performance reviews, staffing, and growth opportunities while helping to manage P&L, food and labor costs, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to coach and develop teams, control costs, and improve guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication with management and hourly staff; reliable with schedules and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead front and back of house operations to maintain brand standards.
• Manage 25–40 hourly team members, including training, scheduling, coaching.
• Oversee P&L; control food, labor costs and waste; drive guest satisfaction.
