Job summary

Hog Wild Pit Bar-B-Q in Kansas is hiring for a Back of House team member. You will season meat for the load, unload the smoker, slice turkey and ham, pull chicken, and help with pork shoulder and brisket. Our Kansas-based BBQ restaurant serves award-winning BBQ with 15 locations across Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa.

You’ll also clean smokers and work stations, wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, and support all areas as needed. We value teamwork, reliability, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Unload the smoker
• Slice turkey and ham
• Pull chicken
• Pull our pork shoulder/brisket
• Clean the smokers, empty grease
• Clean your work station
• Wash dishes
• Sweep/mop the floor
