M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Block/Meat Cutter for our Allen, TX location. You will cut and prepare a variety of meats, follow established safety and quality procedures, and assist in daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates are able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment while delivering consistent quality and teamwork with the kitchen staff.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Some restaurant experience a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Must be a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and thank them as they leave.
• Prepare and follow daily prep list each shift.
• Ensure quality of products served.
• Follow standards for portion sizes, cooking methods, and hygiene.
• Stock and maintain sufficient food levels at line stations.
• Set up plate presentation and garnishes for dishes.
• Rotate products properly and assist in food prep as needed.
• Close kitchen properly and follow closing checklist.
