Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare proteins and hot sides at the designated station.
• Set up work stations, keep areas tidy, and store products safely.
• Maintain timing to reduce ticket service times and ensure product quality.
• Own final plating to meet CBQ standards for temperature, appearance and flavor.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.
• Follow sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting where needed in the kitchen.
• Lift 25-75 lbs and work in a hot environment.
• Master recipes and portion control to minimize waste and preserve flavor.
