Qualifications

• Availability for nights and weekends is required.
• Ability to follow recipes and prep instructions.

• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 80 lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Prepping, cutting, and smoking meats and poultry per kitchen standards.
• Keeping the kitchen moving from prep to plate, fast and clean.
• Hustling pans, trays, and containers between stations and coolers.
• Maintaining a clean station and workspace.
• Assist teammates as needed to win as a team.
