Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC invites motivated students to join a 10-12 week Manufacturing Intern program at the Baytown site. Interns work on high-impact projects within manufacturing departments, gaining hands-on experience and applying a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced environment.

During the internship, participants rotate through various areas, support plant teams, and contribute to project research and decision making. A presentation of internship outcomes is required to leadership.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Interest in manufacturing and operations.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple areas of the manufacturing plant to gain an understanding of the process.
• Support plant team members with production methods, machines, and processes.
• Research on new and existing projects and assist in decision making.
• Attend department meetings and act on feedback.
• Collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Prepare and present a summary of internship experience and outcomes.

Education

Current Junior/Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
