Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Intern for our Hazleton, PA facility. The 10–12 week internship offers hands-on learning across multiple manufacturing areas, emphasizing continuous improvement and collaboration.

Interns will rotate through departments, assist with production methods, and develop solutions to real projects, culminating in a presentation to department leadership.

Qualifications

• Current student in a bachelor’s degree program relevant to manufacturing or engineering

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple areas of the manufacturing plant to gain an understanding of the manufacturing process.
• Support plant team members to gain hands-on experience with production methods, machines, and processes.
• Assist with research on new and existing projects and support major decision making.
• Receive intellectual and creative opportunities to tackle a problem and develop proposed solutions.
• Attend department meetings and implement action plans based on feedback.
• Learn to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Create a presentation on internship experience, projects, and outcomes and present to department leadership.
