As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities include:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor residents' conditions and respond promptly to changes
Record vital signs, assessments, and all care provided accurately and timely
Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment
Initiate appropriate nursing interventions when needed
Perform skilled nursing procedures, including IV therapy, catheter insertion, and wound care
Educate residents and families regarding treatments and care plans
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in discharge planning and care coordination
Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulations

Requirements:
Current, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
