Greenville Post Acute in Greenville, SC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend day or night shifts. You will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to support residents.

This full-time role offers competitive pay of $29–$30/hour, 12-hour shifts, next-day pay on request, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
