Job summary

Greenville Post Acute is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing operations during shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality, compassionate care for residents.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, supervise LPNs and CNAs, administer medications, maintain compliance, and document care while promoting a safe, resident-centered environment. South Carolina license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active SC RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Continuing education (CE) credits maintained.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.

Position Summary

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
• Current CPR certification required
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
• Compassion for an underserved population
