Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or preferred.
• CPRP credential preferred.
• Experience in psychiatric rehabilitation.
• Experience supervising or managing in behavioral health or residential services.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Program Managers with coaching, leadership development, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee day-to-day residential operations: staffing, documentation, service delivery, client care, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor program performance via audits, site visits, reports, and data; identify trends and address deficiencies.
• Escalate significant concerns to the Rehabilitation Director and develop corrective actions.
• Manage staffing concerns including vacancies, coverage, overtime, and turnover.
• Coordinate with clinical providers, Health Home, and pharmacy to ensure coordinated care.
• Oversee residential facilities, vehicles, safety, emergency preparedness, and security systems.
