Topgolf is hiring a Bay host to welcome Players to bays with energy, promote Topgolf offerings, and create an unforgettable visit. You will actively suggest food, beverages, and gaming options to enhance the overall experience and drive sales.

You’ll work with a diverse team to keep bays clean, refills stocked, and guests engaged for a fun, fast-paced shift. The role requires serving food and beverages in hospitality or entertainment settings, maintaining a positive attitude, and upholding

Collaborate with fellow Playmakers to deliver memorable experiences for Players.

What you will do in the role

Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm—connect the dots on why they’re visiting, share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer, and set the stage for an unforgettable time.
Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling.
Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space—ensuring Players have everything they need for a smooth, fun-filled experience.
Be readily available with a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience—from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile.

Physical Requirements

Lift and Move Things: You’ll be handling items up to 50 lb., so being comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things is key.
On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift.
Active Tasks: From task to task, you’ll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities. A can‑do attitude is essential!
Endurance: Whether it’s a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we’re looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high‑volume working environment.
This role requires that you must be of legal age to serve alcohol {where required by law}.
