Job summary

Topgolf is seeking enthusiastic guest service team members in Austin, TX to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a clean, satisfying bay experience. You will assist with bay setup, operate Topgolf technology, and resolve guest questions with professionalism.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is important, along with a willingness to adhere to safety standards and team values. This role offers a fun, fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
