Job summary

Topgolf in United States (New Jersey) welcomes guests to our bays and provides information on Topgolf offerings. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly, keep bays clean, assist with bay setup, and help guests enjoy a memorable experience.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.

• Comply with safety and health regulations at all times.
