Open availability is required, including nights, weekends and holidays. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor setting, showcasing teamwork and a positive, guest-focused mindset while promoting food, drinks and Topgolf experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong knowledge of full-service restaurant steps of service.
• Ability to confidently manage multiple tables/bays in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and guest-service skills.
• Positive, energetic personality with a team-first mentality.
• Comfortable recommending and upselling food, beverages, and experiences.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm—connect the dots on why they’re visiting, share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer.
• Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling.
• Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
• Be readily available with a strong team presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience.
• Commit to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bay clean and safe for all guests.
