Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, connect the dots on why they’re visiting, and suggest Topgolf offerings to enhance their visit.
• Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep bays clean and organized.
• Clear tables, refill drinks, and maintain a welcoming space to ensure a smooth, fun-filled experience.
• Be readily available with a strong team presence, work with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment for all guests.
