Topgolf is hiring Bay Hosts to greet Players at our Durham location. You’ll welcome Guests, suggest food, beverages, and games, and create a fun, high-energy experience that keeps Players smiling and coming back.

We seek friendly, team-focused individuals who thrive in a busy, social environment. No two shifts are the same, and you’ll help maintain a clean, safe bay area while delivering exceptional service and Topgolf’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude; able to stay upbeat in busy environments.

• Experience serving food & beverages in hospitality or entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to bays with energy, upsell food/bev.
• Take orders quickly and accurately; maintain bay cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Playmakers to ensure unforgettable experiences.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the bay.
• Live Topgolf values daily to support every player.
