Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, connect why they’re visiting, and highlight Topgolf offerings to boost the experience.
• Actively recommend food, beverage and gaming options to enhance visits and drive sales through suggestive selling.
• Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep bays clean and organized.
• Maintain a strong presence across bays, collaborating with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards and keep the bay area clean and safe for all guests.
