Job summary

Topgolf Providence is seeking team members to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure bay areas are clean and well-organized. You will guide guests on Topgolf technology and collaborate with staff to create a memorable experience.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings. Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls. Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism. Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience. Demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring. Comply with safety and health regulations at all times.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
