Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Guest Services Associate to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a clean, welcoming bay environment. You will explain Topgolf offerings, assist with bay setup, and address guest questions with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have prior hospitality or restaurant experience and strong communication skills, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
