Job summary

Circet USA, the leading provider of network services in North America, seeks a senior leader in the San Francisco Bay Area to drive delivery, customer relationships, and profitable growth across wireless engineering programs.

You will manage multiple projects, mentor engineers and PMs, and own regional budgets and performance metrics while collaborating with Tier-1 carriers to ensure safety, quality, and on-time results. The role requires travel to NorCal client offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage wireless engineering programs and projects across RF Design, Network Performance, Optimization, Small Cells, DAS, Private Networks, FWA, Site Development, Construction Support, and Deployment Services.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers, project managers, and technical specialists; foster accountability and collaboration.
• Serve as primary contact for strategic wireless carrier customers; build executive and operational relationships; conduct regular business reviews.
