Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Territory Manager (General) for the Bay Area to manage mixed hospitality and foodservice accounts for La Colombe portfolios. The role requires hitting quota, building a robust pipeline, and presenting the full portfolio including premium coffee, cold brew, OCS, and on-tap beverages.

The TM must navigate hospitality and foodservice buyer language, coordinate with NAM teams, and travel ~60%+ within the market. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–7 years of field sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 3–7 years of CPG/foodservice/coffee sales in a field-based role.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; CRM proficiency (HubSpot or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Carry a revenue book across hospitality and foodservice and hit quota.
• Hunt new accounts across hospitality and foodservice segments.
• Defend the existing book with strong retention.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across all stages.
• Be the visible La Colombe presence across leading accounts in both channels.
