Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Territory Manager to own a mixed-channel account base for La Colombe in an assigned market, covering both hospitality and foodservice segments. The TM will sell the full La Colombe portfolio—premium coffee, cold brew, OCS, and on-tap beverages—while building relationships with General Managers, F&B Directors, Beverage Managers, and dining services teams.

Travel will be 60%+ within the market; a hunter mindset and strong consultative selling are required to succeed in this

Qualifications

3-7 years of CPG, foodservice, or coffee industry sales experience in a field-based role.
Experience selling to hospitality and foodservice buyers.
Strong consultative selling skills with discovery, value framing, objection handling, and closing.
Ability to switch contexts between hospitality and foodservice buyer language and economics.

Responsibilities

Own revenue book spanning hospitality and foodservice in assigned market and hit quota.
Hunt for new accounts across both hospitality and foodservice segments.
Defend existing book through strong retention across mixed accounts.
Build pipeline across all stages of the sales cycle and lead product samplings.
Maintain CRM records daily after meaningful interactions and deliver pipeline updates.
