Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Territory Manager to own a mixed-channel account base for La Colombe in an assigned market, covering hospitality and foodservice accounts, including hotels, premium restaurants, healthcare dining, and college programs. You will sell the full portfolio of premium coffee, cold brew, and OCS solutions.

The role requires fluency in hospitality and foodservice buyer language, a proven hunter mindset, CRM discipline, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and frequent travel (60%+).

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of field-based sales experience across hospitality and foodservice channels preferred.
• Proven hunter with track record of net new account acquisition.
• Strong consultative selling: discovery, value framing, objections, close.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; CRM experience (HubSpot or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership across mixed hospitality and foodservice accounts and hitting quota.
• Sell full La Colombe portfolio; tailor to hospitality vs. foodservice buyers.
• Build relationships with property GMs, F&B directors, and dining services teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and pull-through of national contracts and JBPs.
• Maintain CRM records daily and provide pipeline updates to leadership.
