Job summary

CBRE, Inc. invites a Sr. Regional Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations for premier Bay Area offices. Based on-site in San Francisco with periodic travel to Palo Alto, you will oversee 11 Class A assets totaling over 700,000 sq ft, delivering white-glove service and operational excellence.

You will partner with client leadership, drive strategic plans, manage budgets, vendors, and safety programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and employee satisfaction across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant facilities, operations, or property management experience.
• Prior people management experience is required.
• Willingness to travel throughout Northern California to support facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership to Facilities Managers and their teams, coaching and performance management.
• Travel within Northern California portfolio to support facility operations and client engagement.
• Drive facilities operations, maintenance programs, and capital projects across regions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, and expenditures across locations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and oversee vendor/contractor performance.
