Job summary

CBRE, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Sr. Regional Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across a portfolio of Class A offices in the Bay Area, including travel to Palo Alto.

You will partner with client executives and manage relationships to deliver a white-glove service and exceptional workplace environments. The role focuses on maintenance, budgets, vendor management, workplace services, and capital projects, with oversight of a Northern California portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years in facilities, operations or property management.
• Experience in talent management including recruiting, training and coaching.
• Willingness to travel across Northern California.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Strategic thinker with ability to balance operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Solid financial acumen with budgets and capital expenditures.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership to Facilities Managers and teams; coach and manage performance.
• Travel within Northern California to support operations and client engagement.
• Drive facilities operations, maintenance, vendor management, and services.
• Analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Develop strategic plans for operations and capital projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and cost optimization through inspections.
• Build strong client relationships and manage vendor contracts.
• Champion safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote CBRE values and cross-functional collaboration.
