You will act as a liaison between Surefox and clients, oversee security services, and ensure compliance with state, federal and international regulations while coordinating with regional leadership. Qualifications

• 5+ years of manager-level security project experience.
• Experience in security, staffing, or executive protection.
• Experience managing multi-site or regional accounts.
• Ability to analyze data for KPIs and reporting.
• Experience supporting renewals or account growth.
• Willingness to travel and pass background checks.
• Knowledge of state labor law.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management for regional security accounts.
• Conduct regular client meetings and service reviews.
• Coordinate service delivery with VP and operations.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive improvements.
• Support renewals and regional growth opportunities.
