Job summary

YCore, a Bay Area social impact fellowship, seeks a Program Director to expand into the Peninsula and South Bay. You’ll lead workshops, recruit Fellows, scope nonprofit projects, and engage alumni to fuel growth.

You’ll also shape YCore’s brand, drivefundraising, and work with the Executive Director, boards, and stakeholders to ensure resources reach communities in need. This role is based in the Bay Area with heavy program responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Deep passion and commitment for YCore’s mission.
• Experience communicating with nonprofit staff and young professionals in the SF Bay Area.
• Ability to execute, operate and adapt in a self-directed manner.
• Experience managing groups or significant projects.
• Significant fundraising experience or equivalent sales experience.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Excellent organization and self-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and scope projects with local nonprofits.
• Recruit Fellows and Project Leads and build a regional community.
• Develop YCore’s brand, marketing strategy and external communications.
• Fundraise for YCore’s mission and engage stakeholders and boards.
• Support operations and administrative functions of YCore.
