MB Jessee Painting, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative / Paint Estimator to join our Bay Area team.

You will conduct consultative, on-site sales appointments with homeowners, property managers, designers, and contractors to scope projects and present proposals. You will build a healthy sales pipeline, network for leads, and collaborate with estimating, production, and operations to hand off projects smoothly.

Qualifications

• Documented record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in home services, construction, remodeling, or related consultative sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative, on-site sales appointments throughout the Bay Area.
• Meet with homeowners, property managers, designers, contractors, and commercial decision-makers.
• Discover goals, concerns, budget, decision-making process, and timeline.
• Accurately scope painting projects and prepare clear, project-specific proposals.
• Review project plans, specifications, blueprints, and RFP documents when required.
• Present proposals and communicate the value of services.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through follow-up, referrals, networking, and relationship development.
• Pursue new residential and commercial business and participate in bid reviews as needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, activity, and forecast information.
