Job summary

Pine Park Health in the Bay Area is seeking a Clinical Director, Nurse Practitioner to lead a small NP/PA team, coach providers, and advance clinical quality while staying connected to patient care in senior living communities.

This hybrid leadership role balances field work with on-site collaboration, offering a sign-on and a total cash target of $200k–$240k; Friday WFH learning days support sustainable practice. PTO, medical benefits, and 401(k) are included.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Hands-on people leadership with clinical or non-clinical staff.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a small NP/PA team across the Bay Area.
• Spend regular time in the field alongside providers and observe care.
• Drive provider performance, quality, and care-gap closure.
• Shape provider schedules, patient panels, and coverage models.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop new clinicians.
• Lead quality improvement and strengthen workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders and community teams.
