PINE PARK HEALTH MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a Clinical Director, Physician Assistant in the Bay Area to lead a small PA/NP team, spend time in the field with providers, and drive quality and patient care within senior living communities.

The role combines people leadership with hands-on patient care and offers a flexible, hybrid schedule, with Friday WFH learning days and opportunities to hire, develop, and shape the practice across markets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies.
• Hands-on people leadership (training, coaching, performance management, and regular 1:1s) with clinical or non-clinical staff.
• Strong clinical judgment; able to assess, care-plan, and manage chronic conditions independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills — coaching teammates, partnering with community teams, and navigating hard conversations
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of NPs and PAs across the Bay Area
• Spend regular time in the field alongside providers — observe care, coach in real time, and stay close to day-to-day work
• Hold 1:1s; give ongoing feedback and professional development
• Coach providers toward strong clinical and operational performance, using quality, documentation, access, and care-gap closure metrics
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop new clinicians
• Lead quality improvement and strengthen clinical workflows
• Partner with clinical, operations, growth, and other cross-functional leaders
• Build relationships with senior living community leaders and staff
• Provide primary care to older adults in senior living communities
• Deliver Welcome Visits, Care Plans, AWVs, assessments, medication management, and follow-up care
