Job summary

SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos in the San Leandro location is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. You will monitor job file status, coordinate crews, allocate resources, and maintain communications to keep projects moving.

We require prior logistics experience, solid Bay Area traffic knowledge, and strong MS Office skills. 40 hours/week, 7:00am–7:00pm, on-site in San Leandro/Hayward, CA. Competitive pay DOE; EOE.

Qualifications

• Prior logistical experience required.
• Solid knowledge of the Bay Area traffic patterns and service area.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
• 2+ years of administrative or office experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Able to pass a background check where required.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring job file status in real time.
• Scheduling crews daily and creating contingency plans for emergencies.
• Allocating resources (personnel, vehicles, equipment) to keep projects moving.
• Maintaining internal and external communications.
• Daily communication with team members and customers.
