Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in San Francisco is seeking an experienced CRE Relationship Manager to originate and manage commercial real estate loans in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will build relationships with commercial property owners, investors, developers, brokers, and investors, while coordinating with underwriting and credit teams to structure loan solutions.

The ideal candidate has CRE lending and business development experience, strong credit analysis, and a robust local network.

Qualifications

Experience in CRE lending or commercial banking.
Proven CRE loan origination and business development track record.
Strong CRE credit and financial analysis skills.
Experience evaluating borrower financials and cash flow.
Established San Francisco Bay Area network of CRE professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

Originate and develop new CRE loan opportunities.
Build relationships with commercial property owners, investors, developers, brokers, and business owners.
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and existing relationships.
Manage and grow a portfolio of CRE clients.
Analyze borrower financial statements, cash flow, credit history, property information, and overall creditworthiness.
Evaluate CRE transactions and recommend loan structures.
Prepare and present loan requests for credit approval.
Develop additional deposits, cash management, and business banking relationships.
Cross-sell appropriate banking products and services.
Maintain accurate credit, loan, and portfolio documentation.
Partner with underwriting, credit, loan processing, and internal banking teams throughout the lending process.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing portfolio support.
