Fenwick & West is seeking entry-level corporate associates from the Class of 2026 to join our General Corporate practice this fall. This role is open in any of our offices, with a particular need in our Bay Area offices (Silicon Valley or San Francisco).

Associates will work across startup and venture capital representation, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and public company work for clients ranging from early-stage startups to mature, publicly traded corporations.

Qualifications

• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Prior internship, judicial externship, or summer associate experience in a corporate or transactional practice is a plus, but not required.
